E-Safety
At St. Andrew's we understand the value of a high quality computing education and the role that the internet and technology has to play in providing fantastic learning opportunities.
We also understand that there are risks that come with using the internet and technology.
Our aim is to ensure that every member of our school community knows how to safely use the internet and technology. Our computing curriculum is designed to include frequent and stimulating lessons focused around E-Safety issues, particularly relating to the digital citizen strand of the national curriculum. We have an open dialogue with parents and other associates of the school regarding E-Safety issues and offer support and workshops to deal with any concerns surrounding using the internet or technology.
