In-Year Admissions
Our in-year admissions process follows our standard admissions policy. Applications should be made directly to the school using the In-Year Supplementary Information Form, available below. This form can be submitted online along with the following supporting documents:
- Two proofs of address for the parent
- Proof of address for the child
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate
Once we receive your application, we will check for availability in the appropriate year group. If a place is available, it will be offered upon receipt of a relevant priest’s reference.
If a waiting list is in place, applications will be ranked according to our published admission criteria. Your child will remain on the waiting list for the remainder of the academic year. Unless you notify us otherwise, they will be removed at the end of that academic year.

If you are considering deferred entry or part-time attendance, we strongly recommend you discuss this with the school first before making a formal request.
